Our agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of five. I’ve been with State Farm for 20 years — 10 of those spent as a team member before opening my own office — so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and how to create an environment where people can thrive.
As a big sports fan, I bring that same competitive energy and team spirit into the office. We work hard, celebrate wins, and support each other through every challenge. Community involvement is also a big focus for us — giving back and staying connected to the people we serve is part of who we are.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jessica Hernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
